“Practice what you Preach”

Practice what you preach don’t be a hypocrite means to conduct yourself in a manner that will be consistent to the way you have advised others on how to act.  Sometimes people be like well if you are doing it so can it, no it’s not like that you have to be consistent in all you do and not deviate.

You can not proclaim one thing and do another and expect anyone to take you seriously so be mindful of what you do at all times.  However, if you are true to who you are then it will come easy as to what you do because it is so in you that there will not be any guessing as to whether you should or shouldn’t do something in specific.

You are accountable for your action and if you are mentoring others they are watching you so that makes you accountable for their action as well therefore you should make sure that you are doing right at all time.

Not saying you can’t have fun you can, GOD wants us to always enjoy life.  When you are walking that walk with GOD you just changed partners it doesn’t mean that life has stopped know it just has gotten better.

Read and meditate on what is said in the following verses.

James 1:22-27

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.  For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.  But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.  If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.  Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

If you don’t practice what you preach, how will others respect you?
